    Sample Data Usage Terms

      This sample data is provided exclusively to individuals or entities interested in or considering the purchase and use of the Infobel Global Business Data. The data may only be used for evaluation and testing purposes and is strictly prohibited from commercial use, redistribution, or provision and distribution to third parties.

    2. Non-Transferable Rights

      Users may not transfer, sell, or provide any information obtained from the sample data to others without written consent from Glocal Connections, LLC. The right to use the sample data is limited to the individual or organization that downloaded it.

    3. Prohibition of Data Modification

      The sample data must be used only in the form provided and any modifications, changes, or processing by the user are strictly prohibited.

    4. Usage Period

      Users can use the sample data for evaluation purposes for 10 days from the date of download. After the end of the usage period, users must delete the sample data at their own responsibility.

      Our company makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the sample data. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the sample data.

    2. Data Update

      The sample data has been extracted from data as of March 2024. It may not always reflect the most current state. For accurate data analysis and business decisions, we recommend purchasing the latest version of the database.

    3. Retention of Rights

      All rights, including copyrights, of the sample data provided belong to Infobel, S.A. of the Kingdom of Belgium. Users are granted a non-exclusive right to use the sample data, provided they comply with the above usage terms.

    4. Suspension of Use

      If any use violating these terms is identified, Glocal Connections, LLC/ Infobel, S.A. reserves the right to immediately suspend the use of the sample data without prior notice.
